We hope you love your purchase from Simone Bridges. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@simonebridges.com. Please note that items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return & Exchange Policy

We always want you to be pleased with your purchases from SIMONE BRIDGES. If for any reason, you want to return or exchange part of or your whole order, please ensure that all tags are attached, there’s no sign of use, and the packaging must be unopened. Our return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of purchase. You must check your packages immediately and notify us about any concerns within 48 hours of receiving your package. Returnable and exchangeable items must be in their original packaging, and completely able to resell. The customer is solely responsible for all shipping fees and costs associated with the return or exchange. Shipping fees are not included in your refund. Please obtain a carrier with signature confirmation and tracking. Once we receive your returned or exchange eligible item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund/exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the item(s) to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs of any kind are non-refundable.
